Regular habits: it is important to dedicate time to  our intestine every day, preferably when we are not in a hurry.

Regular meals: it is important to eat regularly. Skipping meals, especially breakfast, can cause slow and irregular intestinal function.

Regular fiber intake: in most cases, constipation can be corrected with a diet high in water and fiber, which binds with water and helps to increase the volume of stools. We therefore recommend eating more fruit and vegetables, which provide soluble fiber, and preferring whole-grain cereals to refined grains.

Regular exercise: it is important to find the time to dedicate to physical activity, on a regular basis.

Regularity and moderation: avoid excessive consumption of coffee and/or alcohol, both of which favor dehydration of the body.
